Maldives Master Liveaboard

The Maldives Master is a 42m (138ft) built in 2024 specifically as a liveaboard yacht.  This beautiful vessel carries up to 26 passengers in spacious rooms with individual ensuite bathrooms. The Maldives Master features an indoor dining area, a bar, a sky lounge and an outdoor jacuzzi. A shaded outdoor lounge area can be found on the mid-deck, plus four different sun decks: a viewing deck located at the front of both the mid-deck and upper deck, an open-air deck on the top deck, and an ocean deck at the stern of the boat, all providing comfortable seating and loungers.

The ocean deck is a unique feature allowing guests to relax in the open air while close to the water. On many evenings the floodlights will illuminate the water just off the ocean deck to attract plankton which often draws manta rays and whale sharks, making for a great show and video opportunity.

Unlike many dive liveaboards, even the short ride from the main yacht to the dive sites is done in style, with a 19m (62ft) dhoni (diving support vessel).  Each diver has their own station with space for gear such as lights, SMB, etc..  The dhoni also has a toilet with shower, and two additional handheld showers on the back deck.

Diving in the Maldives

The Maldives is considered one of the best places in the world to dive, and is on most diver’s bucket list.  With the crystal clear waters, stunning, vibrant corals, and large pelagic marine life such as sharks, manta rays, and whale sharks, it is easy to understand why.  Our 7-night charter takes us to some of the highlights of the Maldives Central Atolls, including the North and South Male Atolls, Rasdhoo Atoll, and more. A chance to discover some of the Maldives most famous dive sites, renowned for sightings of sharks, eagle rays, turtles and diverse marine life.  With a little luck we will even see hemmerhead sharks!

As with any liveaboard, not only do you get to relax in luxury during your vacation, but you get to dive the greatest variety of dive sites because of the large area that the vessel can cover.  Unlike land-based dive trips, where all sites need to be in relatively close proximity to the dive center, with a liveaboard you are literally on a moving dive center, taking you to dive sites that are, in many cases, not accessible from traditional land-based diving.  The result is the most diverse diving you can experience on a single dive trip.

Optional Add-On Days- A Dubai Experience

Do not miss out on the chance to add 2.5 days in Dubai!  This is an absolutely amazing addition to the Maldives trip.  We take a boat onto the lake to watch their world-famous water fountain show up close, and also do an overnight desert safari, complete with dune bashing, traditional BBQ dinner, henna tattooing, falcon photos, and dance show.  This leaves nearly a full day to take in sites such as the Burj Khalifa, Museum of the Future, go the the Palm, snorkel the Persian Gulf, go to the traditional market, or just relax.  This is all a great experience, and so convenient if you choose your flights to pass through Dubai on the way to the Maldives.  We can assist with organizing flights with this stopover.
